Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada XeniaOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. This is DEFINITELY NOT a 2 1/2 star hotel. 2 star at best. Why Ramada puts their name on this hotel I cannot imagine. This hotel should be re-reviewed and given FEWER STARS!!!!

#1 beef is with Priceline. We depend on your reputation and rating system. This place is one star at best. I don't care if they have a swimming pool.... no one would want to go in it. The lounge looked like a biker gang hangout. Take it out of your inventory completely. Ramada should have their head examined. The staff were nice but just nothing to work with here. I actually came very close to eating the money and going elsewhere. We did see one family putting luggage back in their car and once they got a look, they did not check in. ...

This was my second time here. The facility has declined somewhat between the visits (March 2013 and August 2013).

Don't spend a lot of time in the lobby, and the hotel is great!
