Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada - Clarks Summit

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The king-sized bed was very comfortable and the upgraded room furniture since our last stay there was nice.
The "free continental breakfast" was very disappointing. They converted 2 hotel rooms into the breakfast area with one room for the food, which was pathetic - 3 kinds of cereal, toast, waffles, juice, coffee - and other room for the table and chairs.

This hotel is fine for one night or if you're just passing through. We had to attend a funeral in the area and this was most conveniently located. I would not stay here while on a "vacation" -- it's old, somewhat dingy, needs updated interior. Has a somewhat depressing atmosphere inside. The price was very reasonable, but you "get what you pay for" -- no real perks at this place. ...read more

Comfortable beds. Location convenient for our trip.
Tub stopper broken. No gluten free options for breakfast. Property was clean but rather rundown.

They hotel still allows smoking, - it has non-smoking rooms on smoking floors - big deal - the ventilation system brings the smoke and stink right into the non-smoking rooms -- everything in there smells like acidic smoker's breath - pretty horrible.

Only choose this one if everything else is sold out or ... if you're a smoker!

The rooms were decent, clean. The climate control was ok but not the best.
The last time I stayed at this hotel about a year ago the pool was closed for "renovations" it was open this time, but it was dirty, the pool area looked prime to be from a horror movie, disrepair, rust stains on the tile. Generally unappealing.

The staff was good and friendly. The breakfast was lacking, just basic cereal, toast, prepackaged pastries, and a few pieced of fruit. Waffles were about as good as it got.
