Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Murfreesboro

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

That we only had to stay one night. The location was as advertised and convenient to our trip.
This hotel was outrageously substandard. We reserved a nonsmoking room, and upon arrival were told that none were available. This was at 11:30 p.m. with no viable alternatives. Even for a smoking room, the conditions were deplorable.

We made this reservation on your site several days in advance. We purposely chose the hotel because it had double beds with nonsmoking rooms available. When we arrived, we were told that at the time we booked no such room was available, and that the fault was with "Booking.com". Not only were we frustrated, but we were also confused, as we used Priceline to book our room. The staff refused to make any effort whatsoever to accommodate us, other than to offer not to charge us for the room if we did not stay. However, given the lateness of the hour, that was not a viable alternative. The room, simply put, was disgusting. It was not just the oder of smoking, but the furnishings were old, in disrepair, and had not been properly cleaned. The furniture was cracked, the floors were dirty, the bathroom floor was slimy and did not appear clean. The room also bore little resemblance to the picture we had viewed. Having stayed in many similar branded and priced hotels, we know that this room was significantly overpriced. We feel severely taken advantage of, with little recourse available. In my many years of travel (around the country and the world) I have rarely, if ever, dealt with a worse situation. ...read more

The location was great. It was very close to the highway we were traveling on. Easy to get to.
May need some updates on it's décor.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great & easy to get to. The staff was very friendly, informative & checked us in very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

The price was good in comparison to other available hotels in Murfreesboro for the time of our trip.
The pictures on the website do not accurately reflect the age and condition of the hotel. It's very old and has a creepy, unkept vibe. I would not have been comfortable staying there had my husband not been along on the trip as well.

The furnishings and decor are in need of updating. The breakfast area is very dark, the furnishings are very old and the breakfast was not good at all.

I enjoyed the large breakfast variety.
The room had 2 double beds, I am used to queen size beds, we had 3 adults, and 2 children, so we didn't have enough towels, or a playpen, when I tried to call the front desk, I didn't get an answer.

We did check in late, so no playpens left. This hotel was OK for the time we needed it.

The desk clerk was the most amazing, kind, sweet and cheery desk clerk I have ever met! Her personality and service were exceptional. I hope they know what a gem they have in her!!

Hotel was everything I expected. I don't need anything fancy, just clean and comfortable plus a coffee pot. It was exactly that but a little nicer than I expected. The desk clerk was GREAT. Smart, kind, funny, helpful, and engaging! Wish every hotel clerk was like her!!
