Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ruby2Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

They have accommodation for parking, which is at a great rate and a blessing since the hotel is downtown. Breakfast was great, and they give vouchers for buy one get one free drink at the Sapphire Lounge (at its sister hotel). Fabulous place to stay.

I normally won't stay in a 2 star hotel because they can feel dingy, but this room is very OK for the price. I was surprised. I was so tired, I tried not to concentrate on the train, and it was fine.

The room was relatively clean, but the location made my 3-night stay unpleasant. The Ruby2 is located directly alongside a major railroad trestle in downtown Spokane. Trains come by at all hours of the day and night, making it VERY noisy. In addition, the toilet must have had an internal leak, as it would run every 15 or 20 minutes. The combination of the frequent trains and running toilet made it difficult to get a decent nights sleep. The free breakfast was basically just cold cereal and bagels. I wouldn't want to stay here again. ...
