The owners are the management they were extremely rude. I had some valuables stolen from my room. I was treated very poorly and to top it off confronted with prejudice and racism.Over the course of 3 days I was propositioned by everyone from prostitutes drug addicts and dealers. I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

They do not present a accurate representation of their facility nobody was nice didnt change sheets on the bed after our first night didnt help us find any locations around the city. Whenever asked a question staff acted as if we were speaking a foreign language. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Dango Nguyen We booked for 4 nights hoping to have a base of operations for a trip in Charlotte. It was affordable, but that was about it. There were other hotels that were the same place and I wish we would have picked one of them. Trouble started with check in. Could not find the reservation we booked on Priceline. After a 30 min search, finally found it. Got to room and it was ok. About what you would expect at an economy hotel. The fridge didnt work at all. The freezer section would barely keep drinks cold. Ok, now the service. Like I said, we intended to use the hotel as a base. We would go do some activities during the day and come back in the afternoon to shower and dress for supper. We thought. When we would return, there were never any towels. After the first day of having to walk down to the office to complain and finally bringing them, we decided to participate in there "GREEN" program of reusing towels. They said if you would leave the wet towels hanging they would leave them as to conserve water usage. Fine. But alas they took them anyway. Again had to go to complain. Third day same thing only..this time said they could not give us new towels until they got out of the dryer! I would say there were only 5 units being used. They wouldn't even go into another room and get us some new ones. WTF. So no towels for afternoon shower. Had to blow dry. How do you not replace towels when you take them!??? Apparently they don't even have ONE set of spare towels. Anyway...I don't know what continent likes warm milk with cereal and stale rolls....Second night was interrupted with screaming fight and door pounding, with statements like "Give me my money! you took the stuff!" just saying. Actually not suprising, appearance of the other residents. Coffee cups were not replaced, so no cups after the first night. We would have gone somewhere else if we had not prepaid, Almost decided to anyway. But stuck it out, regrettably. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
It was a horrible first experience. Guest services was nasty, room was nasty, Patton was just as bad. I had to wrk do my little sister strayed with my 4 and 2 year old. I got there 30 mins afters check out, when i got there my kids wad sitting outside in the damn sub at 90° weather. Apparently, they wad told if they did not leave the property the police would be called. I NEVER get out of character in front of my children, bt i went off. They are 4 and 2 how dare they make them wait in the hot sun for 30 mins.. I still NEVER recommend this nasty place to anyone. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
This hotel was in a horrible part of town. The hotel was hot, smelly, and dirty. The garbage cans in the hallways were overflowing with garbage onto the floors. The bathroom/bathtub was filthy and had hair in the tub. The non-smoking room smelled so strongly of smoke that a family member with asthma could not even stand to be in the room. The staffs solution was to spray some air freshener in the room which only made things worse. We were in the room for less than an hour and had to leave. I tried to check out and get a refund but the manager was not available and would not return 3 other messages. Very disappointed! ...

The hotel was not as nice as I would have thought. I reserved the room with one card online, but wanted to pay for it with another card. However the hotel staff went ahead and charged my reserved card without my consent. I was upset because I wanted to pay with a different card and they didn't care, they just shoved my card at me and kept telling me my room number. I was not satisfied. ...

The hotel was exactly what I expected for the price. It was a short distance from Charlotte Motor Speedway and very convenient. It was just a short drive on I85. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We requested maid service each day with new towels and it was no problem. I have already booked my stay for the next race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
