Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Inn And Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

room was nice and like how i could close off the living room from the bed room.
all six vending machines where empty and the ice machine on my floor was broken. The lay out of the hotel was weird, My room was far from any of the elevators.

Nothing in the area but it is quite.

overall experience is 3 out of 10. 10 is the highest.

The hotel was fantastic I had stayed there in the past and was excited to see that there were significant upgrades made
Locked side gate after a certain time, but not a huge deal

The place is great for travelers the only con I would say is, there are not a lot of places to see there, but it is still a great location, not too far from anything place

Near airport

Waited for almost an hour for their shuttle to pick me up. It's freezing outside, which make me very unhappy. And the room they gave me has really bad odor. The facility is old. And breakfast is poor too. Overall bad experience!

The rooms are spacious, clean and it feels like at a little apartment. Bed was comfortable, two plasma TV's and close to freeway.
Check in was made a little awkward by the staff. Other than that, excellent!

Worth your money. Big rooms, comfortable beds, and very clean.

Location was good, the hotel needed updated.
The heater was not working in two different units, the third one we moved to worked.

The walls need to be insulated within the units, you could hear the shower and water running from the units on both sides. We were awaken by early rises at 6:00 am. And romanced couples who engaged at late hours activities.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
There were stairs to get to our room even after taking the elevator. Very difficult and annoying for a stroller and four suitcases.

We were asked to move rooms because they were painting the halls. The manager and staff were extremely nice about it and apologetic, but a huge inconvenience mid-stay with a 3 year old and 9 month old. My husband was working so it was up to me to move it all. Also, in order to access our room on the fourth floor we had to take the elevator up and then go down the hall and take about 10 stairs down to our room. That was a HUGE inconvenience. We later discovered another elevator around the back that was a longer walk but avoided the staircase. Would have helped if the staff informed us of this. Otherwise, for what you pay the hotel is decent. Staff was really friendly and restaurant was decent. ...read more
