The complimentary breakfast.
The sheets had a stain on them and there was a weird noise coming from outside. The alarm clock kept making noises.

Friendly staff.
Public places stairs and outside walkways were dirty and unappealing Breakfast was poor. My husband is a diabetic and all he could eat was a piece of brown bread with cear cheese. No eggs no yoghurt. CLean tables of the breakfast nook!

Suggest better choices for breakfast. And the receptionist not be on the phone with her girlfriend when clients are in the breakfast room!

the girl working the front desk was very polite and very informative,, very sweet...
outside stairway and outside hallway floor very dirty and sticky,,, gave me a sense of filth,,

pros,,, affordable, close to beaches as well as the santa monica shopping centers,, cons , not a very up scale hotel ,,, its more of a motel rather than a hotel ,, ill choose to be a bit more selective on my future trips.

The location and free parking. The free breakfast was nice.
Could have been kept up better.

We were asked to leave hotel at midnight because we had a small dog with us. The hotel refused to refund our money. We had specified pets allowed and other criteria for the hotel when going through priceline.

The hotel did not seem like a 3 star. I was informed by that it was a 2 star, but 3 star for

Good price
Limited security

Good for short stays with limited time in room. Several good small restaurants and other services nearby.

The room was excellent for the price I paid--comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave.
Some of the receptionists didn't have the information that I needed about transportation to the airport (other options that just a cab and how much they cost) which I thought bizarre. Also the breakfast is so basic, I was hoping for some eggs or yogurt

Had a great stay, would book again

Location, clean, quiet (in the back, off the street), great check in and check out experience - great young woman working there. I would go back. Good value for the price.
Towels were typical low-budget; somewhat raggedy. Shower head weak.

Good hotel for the price. More like a motel than a hotel. Has a free breakfast, free wifi...can't beat that. Location was great to get around to Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey. Request a room off the street and on 3rd floor. I'll go back so that says a lot because I am used to nice hotels but this is a personal expenditure so I'm trying to save money.

very nice beads and blankets. very comfy and warm.
parking is good. in it's own establishment, so you don't have to park in public. BUT, the spaces are a bit small. Not terrible though. if you have big vehicle, it might get tight, might...

great hotel, great staff. good parking. breakfast was actually quite tasty. would definitely return!
