Hotel Guest Reviews of the Radisson Martinique On Broadway

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Its a very good value for the price received on Amazon as its near Korea town and has lots of scenery. The view is nice, not the best but it is good
Cab service is not the best as most cabs run up and down 6th ave not 32nd

They have Kurig coffee

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very close to a subway station which is great.
It is a bit too south and a tad far from the action. The only complaint I have is that we arrived very early at 11 am and did not expect our room to be ready but it was approaching 4 pm and it still wasn't ready. This was quite inconvenient.

It is ranked as a 3.5 star and that is exactly what it is and that is good because often you get a big surprise and it doesn't meet the expectation but this stay did. It is very family friendly and I think this is a good thing for families to know as it is affordable and children feel welcome. The 2 restaurant choices on site are very good. We tried both and the serving sizes were large and the food was good. Our flight was not leaving on our departure day until 4:15 so the hotel granted us a very late check out time and this was really appreciated. This speaks to the staff and management with their desire to be helpful and flexible. ...read more

Clean hotel in a good location. Nothing elaborate but satisfied all my requirements.

Hotel is conveniently located and next to the 34th Street subway stop.

Right next to the 34th Street.7th Ave subway station. Easy walk to/from Penn Station. Close to the Broadway Theatre District. The room that I had was on the inside, so there were no street sounds.
Minor item, the carpet in the room could have been vacuumed a little better.

Great location, right next to important subway stops.
It was not very clean or well maintained. The carpet in my room had a rather pungent odor. The front desk staff was also surprisingly brusque.

Their pins say "Yes I can" but that is rarely the case. I had to show my Carlson club gold status to get anything resembling respect. My room was not cleaned throughout my stay, and it took multiple requests and lots of following up to even have the coffee replaced in by room. This is not a New York-specific problem, as I also stayed in the Westin Times Square on this trip (as well as many others in the past) and never had experiences like this. I look forward to my next trip to New York, but I'll be sure to avoid the Radisson Martinique. ...read more

the location was terrific.
The hotel was crowded--took me over 20 minutes to check in. Made back to back night reservations on Priceline. Unfortunately, hotel did not honor this and EMPTIED my things out of the room, stuffed expensive dress into a laundry bag & gave my room awa

Needless to say, when I arrived back at my room and found my key didn't work, someone was in my room and my expensive clothes were stuffed into a little laundry bag, I was not happy. I did get my clothes back, but not the toiletries that were in the bathroom. The manager's idea of make it ok was to offer me drink 2 vouchers good for that night only in the bar. I would not go back to this place--EVEN if the price wasXXX a night. Service horrible, disrespected, disorganized systems. And the carpets in the room/hall were dingy & dirty. I am a very regular user of Priceline in NYC. I have stayed in many different properties and the service experience here was the worst. ...read more

The location was convenient to the subway or for walking to my appointments. The lobby restaurant was very good, but there are many other choices for dinner near the restaurant. I also felt very safe.
My room was small and overlooked an alley. I believe you must pay extra for a room with a street view.

Overall, I was very happy with the hotel and would stay there again.
