Nice (new) public spaces
The room was the oldest, dirty, patch, bathroom dirty, quartered tub...poor room.TV old 19 inches box, didn't work properly, when I told this to reception, they couldn't care less. Not the room I paid for by far, this was a 1 star room the most.

Unfair hotel, if they accept the offer, they should keep quality for the price they accept, and not send you to the oldest room.

Nothing. Extremely dissappointed in management, staff and the company in a whole.
Room key had to be re- instated at front desk everytime I left my room. Had to move 3 rooms due to, non operational air conditioning units, next door guest loud and tried to break into my room. The manager himself overcharged my card had to spend hours on

Comfortable bed, quiet, located near airport, lobby was a Hyatt, free internet
Room and hallway smelled terrible (very musty), carpet covered in stains (don't walk around barefoot!), trash in room, wallpaper peeling, tub in poor condition, TV in poor condition, parking is off-site and additional charge

The lobby was a Hyatt; the rooms were a Motel6.

The lobby area is very nice and looks renovated. Appears to be a 3 /4 level star hotel if you are ONLY looking at the lobby area.
Other than the lobby, the entire hotel needs a renovation. The rooms are extremely outdated, disgusting smell, they charge $30 PER NIGHT for valet parking and $20 to park your own car. OUTRAGEOUS. Will not stay here again.

As soon as you stepped off the elevator there was an extremely nasty musty smell like they were covering up sewage. The rooms are disgusting, patched wallpaper, box tv, broken tile in shower, only 17 channels, acoustic ceiling tiles, stained carpet, NASTY. The desk chairs had sharp items protruding out of the back, stains on the acoustic ceiling tiles, blow dryers not screwed into wall you have to carry entire blow dryer plus wall hanging to the bathroom to use, beds are hard as a rock, pillows squish down the minute you put your head on them, only 17 TV channels and have of them were fuzzy. VERY disappointed! ...read more

The staff was so friendly and absolutely willing to go out of their way for you. And that was everyone. Not just the front of the house staff.
LAX is very far from mostly everything. On a map it's close but once you factor in traffic it's exhausting going back and forth from LAX to WeHo or DTLA. The room was also not up to pay with the rest of the hotel.

Location
Pretty noisy with guests coming and going all night long

It worked well for us. Would have liked to have had enough time to try the restaurant
