Hotel Guest Reviews of the Radisson Hotel Admiral Toronto Harbourfront

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Amazing location
Wow so many issues. I was given a room that was next to another room under noisy renovations. The TV and its channels were out of service all Sunday night/Monday morning. The hotel charges for wi-fi, that's pathetic. The fire alarm went off Sunday at 7am.

Overall not a good experience. Staff was not helpful, they charge for wifi which is ridiculous. Only good thing is location.

Staff was helpful. Also, there is a ton of construction/urban renewal going on nearby. When it is all done, it might very well be very, very nice.
On site renovations were ongoing and it was time.

Location is ideal for events at Harbourfront or at the Rogers Centre. Would look elsewhere if the theatre district, Yorkville or the Eaton's Centre were of interest. Will be interesting to see its renovations and the nearby construction are completed.

Normally this would be a very convenient location close to the harbour front and downtown core. The rooms are very nicely decorated.
Aside from the rooms the rest of the hotel is quite dated and could use a facelift. Parts of the hotel itself were under construction and the entire surrounding area was a construction war zone making the hotel very difficult to access by car.

I was in Toronto for one night on business and I thought this would be a convenient location close to the downtown core and I also hear the harbour front is a nice area. It turns out that the entire harbour front area is under construction so not so scenic and also extremely difficult to access by car. I understand this is not the hotels fault but a bit of a heads up would have been nice and I would have stayed elsewhere. The pictures on the web of this hotel are somewhat misleading, although the rooms are very nice the rest of the hotel is quite dated and could use a facelift. The pictures also depict a nice view of the waterfront and the rooms even come equipped with a telescope to enjoy the view. However, in reality you are getting the view of the harbour police station on the waterfront and low flying incoming planes to Toronto island. I was on a lower floor, but I doubt its much different on the higher levels since this is a not a very tall hotel (5-6 floors). Overall, I was not overly impressed for the price. This could be a decent place to stay for a quick business trip but I would recommend checking on the construction in the surrounding area as this could be quite an inconvenience. ...read more

Fridge in room helps for snacking. Also there are enough produce stores around to buy healthy snacks

The staff was great. The room was spacious. The location was really good for going to the Skydome / Rogers Centre.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was construction inside the hotel which started very early and construction outside the hotel which started much earlier.....

It was in a very good location, lots of construction though happening in Toronto. The rooms were very clean.

The hotel was is a good location for our plans in Toronto
We were very unhappy with our room, we were put in a room that had exaust from the restaraunt directly below our room blow into our room with a horrible smell that kept us awake and made us sick. They should not be putting people in that room!!

Excellent location. Only 10 min walk to ACC. Swiss chalet am 24 hr convenience store right across the street. Try the croissants in the 24 hr store. They are baked fresh daily and are delicious and 3/$1!
No public transit nearby to get to the ACC. Even though only 10 min walk we went during a huge Snow Storm and a bus would have been nice.
