Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. The hotel is ideally located just next door to the tube, and within walking distance of Bloomsbury, Regent's Park, Oxford Street, Euston and St Pancras.
The en-suite is perhaps due for a spruce up.

Wonderful restaurant; Located close to public transportation; helpful and friendly staff.
No electrical outlets in bathroom. Also, there should be no rental charge for electrical adaptors unless they are not returned.

Hotel decor was nice. Hotel would be fine for a business traveler.
Very limited television, nothing for a child to watch without spending an additional $20 to purchase pay-per-view movie.

If you have business in this part of London, it would be fine. The hotel location is not convenient to sightseeing. The hotel recommends a tour by "The Original Tour" company which is a neither convenient or good. The concept sounds great, hop on and off a bus at your own pace. The buses weren't where they were supposed to be. We waited over 2 hours at one of the stops where a bus was supposed to come every few minutes, 2 of they buses came but, both drivers said they were off duty. Beyond frustrating when traveling with a child. Ended up having to catch the tube to the hotel so the tour was a waste. It was my mistake thinking that the location would work and we could just grab a tour from there - that doesn't happen. There are several grocery stores by the hotel to pick things up which was okay. Would not choose this hotel again. ...read more

Location.
Poor desk staff, unfriendly when dealing with my internet issue.

Great location for see Oxford sites. Large clean rooms and good internet access, mostly. Breakfast not includes, but lots of near by places to eat.
