Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quarters Inn & Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Petty clean, good ac.
Bed hard, pillows flat and lumpy, old tv and no fox news channel, had cnn, but who cares!

Staff was very friendly and we felt safe at the location.
It no longer had jet tubs.

Conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants.

The morning staff member she was very good. she was pleasant and helpful. Her name is Elizabeth.
The owner's husband was very rude. He checked us in and if I hadn't prepaid for the room, I would have gone to another motel. His horrible attitude dampened the entire stay.

It is hard to be objective since Tom Patel soured the entire stay.

Nothing. We did not stay here. We left and found a different hotel.
There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot, both in and out of cars. It appeared that many local people stay at this hotel, maybe on a weekly basis. The room was very basic and furnishings were quite old.

The desk clerk was not very friendly or helpful.

The large granite vanity/sink on the other side of the bathroom door was convenient and clean. So nice to have a large clean counter for his and her toiletries.
The bedding was way below average. Waaay below!! So bad that I got up before the sun and told my husband I was ready to go.

Convenient to highway. If you want to arrive late, sleep, and get on the road again, this might be the hotel for you. But, it is not for me.

Low price and included a basic breakfast
The area felt unsafe. I heard police responding to incidents in the area 3 of the 4 nights. One night a man was shot at a nearby hotel and it was on the local news!

The check in was very unfriendly with an additional charge of $13.50 for each child. Breakfast was advertised as delux but everything was tiny and cheap.

The room was clean but you can tell they cut corners on maintenance. The location is also questionable with lots of traffic and noise.

here are several good restaurants in the area of about 1/4 mile. It is also close to the major highways.
Second story rooms without any form of lift. Morning breakfast is a joke.

This place is OLD. It has been remodeled with new paint and plumbing, but it's not competitive with the other chains in the area. Location is a mixed bag of good fast-food but industrial looking area.
