I cannot believe that this room was this horrible. It was one of the most expensive, and had the highest star rating. The room was dirty. The room smelled. There were pills and drugs all over the floor. The bathroom was extremely dirty. The staff did not
The staff did not care about the problems we had and said nothing could be done. The breakfast was horrible and there were bugs and cockroaches everywhere.

Microwave and mini fridge in each room. Decent free breakfast and they leave the fruit bowl out all day.
Need better lighting in the small gym & equipment could use some TLC

Good breakfast options. Coffee machine is not very good...slow. People waiting in line to get coffee. Please change the coffee system, or increase it. Coffee was just ok. Dining area was full, other guest invited us to share their table.
