Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Schenectady

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Desk person was very helpful and the pool was nice, wish water had been a little warmer.
Pillows were way too small for king size bed, same things for breakfast every day.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the pool was nice.

Location to wedding I was attending.
Poor lighting, poor security (anyone off the street could have walked in the back entrance.

Barely satisfied, definitely not satisfied with respect to price paid.

I enjoyed the friendly hotel staff. Also that they served complemtary coffee all day.
The carpeting in the rooms need to be replaced badly.

The hotel was very accomadating for what we needed. It's good for a night or two and for the price you can't go wrong. The area is safe and the local restaurants are good.

Side entrance had bad odors, entered hallway, bad ordors, entered room bad orders. Cleaning crew not able to speak english nor legal citizens and i ha

Stay away if you want your cloths not to stink. Over charged at 71. per day. Its worth 33.00. Motel 6 is better, no kidding.

Loved the breakfast and the staff! Everyone was very nice.
Disliked the pool hours.

I've stayed here before - once with my husband on our honeymoon and then again several times while visiting family. The staff is always very courteous and helpful and our accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The boys loved the pool and the continental breakfast in the morning.

Excellent price, food and staff.
Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Has a view of a graveyard.

For the price it was worth it. Felt kind of uneasy with the room being at the ground floor...paranoid of having a break in via window. My room reeked of heavy cigarette smoke. Not sure if it's possible to air out the room or use an air freshener. My blanket had a few cigarette burns in them.

The staff was amazing, Extremely helpful and friendly. I Loved the pool!
The carpet was stained and was not vacuumed well under the beds and there was no elevator.

I stayed one night with my 21 year old daughter because it was close to the college where she was taking a NY State teaching test the next morning very early. It was convenient, a great price and we found it very quiet with comfortable beds and we both slept well. We both enjoyed the pool and found it very relaxing.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
The carpets in the room were discustingly stained.

This hotel is on the lower end of the scale. it was not in a nice area but what is in this part of Schenectady. The breakfast was ok, coffee good. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The carpets in the rooms were disgusting. They were stained almost to the point of embarassment. I wouldn't want to invite someone into my house with carpets like that. there was a dampness smell in the lobby although it did appear to be clean. There wasn't an elevator so the stair wells were really beat up from people dragging their luggage upstairs. ...read more

It was in a convenient location.
There were no elevators and our room was on the second floor. We had to lug our equipment up the stairs, but the staff did offer to assist us.
