The staff,

The girls at the desk made you feel like home. They went up and beyond being nice to us. The hotel had a homey feeling and the breakfast was great. The girls are an asset to your company.

I loved this hotel because the staff were very nice (day/night shifts); it was quite during the night; and the morning breakfast was better than any hotel I have ever stayed at! I will definatley stay here again.

It was an express deal Hotel
The room was smaller than expected. The shower/bathtub control plumbing was loose. Will need repair, but the cleaner will have to notice and report.

Location was ok, nice place to eat in front of hotel,(FATZ'S). staff was very nice.
Room was not clean, toenails in floor, bathtub was dirty, counter was dirty, cabinet that tv was on was sticky. No coffee in am, pot empty. Fruit had mold growing on it. Bed was hard as a rock.

For a hotel with so many awards by housekeeping, (on display behind check in) it certainly was dirty.
