The bed was ok.
AC did not work, water took forever to get hot.
For the money, this hotel was mediocre at best; it is not like I saved a ton of money and I know some cheaper hotels have better facilities. I called twice about my A/C unit issue and it was never resolved. Other than that, the room was comfortable, had plenty of space, and the TV was a nice size ( and it worked with plenty of channel choices ). The desk chair was not ideal and slightly uncomfortable. ...

The room was clean, the service was great, and the staff were friendly. Good breakfast!
Location was a little run down.
An excellent hotel - clean, good service, good breakfast. The location is not in the greatest part of town. Probably wouldn't hang around outside at night, but a clean place to sleep, shower, and eat a warm breakfast. It is a 20 minute drive to the airport, so don't book this as an airport hotel.
