I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions (and will continue) and find the value excellent. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast is good and the times they serve are very accommodating.

Hotel was clean, well decorated and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and nicely displayed.

Excellent location. Appealing environment though somewhat junky. Unused television in the floor in lobby/sitting area. Staff was not at all friendly--made it clear they were not happy to be there.

Hotel was clean and quiet. THE location is great and the whole "feel" of the place is pleasant. My only concern was they charged me for the room and I had already paid for it through Priceline. When I received my credit card statement and seen I had been charged I called the hotel and they promised I would see a credit for the amount charged. It doesn't sit well that they charged me and I can't help but to think how many other people have been over charged. I'm not sure if I will book this hotel again due to the trust issues I have with them. ...

Very dated. Nothing has changed since it opened almost 20 years ago. Dusty.

From the moment we checked in, which was at 12:30 am after a very long day of driving, the staff was pleasant/helpful/friendly. The hotel was quiet, clean, and very welcoming. We could tell instantly that the owner/builder spent extra time and money making the environment relaxing and warm (especially surprising since this was a Quality Inn). The room was clean and the king-size bed was comfortable with nice linens and pillows. We had a mini-fridge as well. Breakfast was as expected, with a very nice eating area that included quality dining furniture, a view, and two sky-lights. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We are thankful for the people who stayed before us and gave informative and positive reviews which made us decide to stay, despite having to travel more than 20 miles off of interstate 80/90 to get there. ...

The girl at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful, the internet barely works and
the shower in my room barely sprayed. This hotel should be more like $40.00 for what you get.

This Quality Inn has one of the friendliest & helpful staff of any motel I have stayed at. Large and very clean room. Comfortable, firm king bed. Good size and clean bathroom. Shower/bathtub combo. Good breakfast. Ruby Tuesday is a four minute walk. Pick up a 15% coupon at the front desk for Ruby Tuesdays. To find Quality Inn, after turning onto Touring Street, turn into Arbys parking lot and drive straight to Quality Inn. I highly recommend a stay. ...
