Business Traveler
The hotel was very difficult to find, there are no major signs from main road, which it fronts and the entrance resembles a back door entrance rather than something we are used to in North America. The attendant was friendly and very cordial, but the room was small, the carpets in the hall were dirty and my view was of the Home Depot parking lot. I did not even dare try the restaurant, because the whole vibe I was getting was not inviting. Perhaps the fact that it was dark and wintery made the experience less than what was hoped. All in all, however, it served the purpose adequately enough, and the staff seemed nice.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were a party of 6 in 3 different rooms. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good - with lots of variety including plenty of fresh fruit. Tea & coffee readily available at all hours - free of charge and good. The staff was friendly, helpful and did not hesitate to address any questions or needs of guests. For example: Monica (front desk) and Eren (breakfast) were always smiling and asking how they could assist us. The location of the hotel was very conveniently located (walking distance) close to many restaurants and shopping. ...

It was great for what it was, like
I said the Hyatt downtown nickled and dimed for any extra, it was ridiculous, but I was impressed that
this little hotel gave you free use of computer/WiFi and breakfast, small town hospitality, and nice!
