I thought the lobby looked very up to date and cool. The staff was always very helpful and friendly about directions and other places of interest also including transportation options.

Nice convenient location, close to few eating places and resturants. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

There were many tour groups staying at the hotel and we did not hear them at night at all! All employees were very helpful!

On the whole, the hotel was fine and served its purpose. While the hallways had a faint odor to them, the room was kind of dingy, and the decor is like Vegas meets Jersey Shore (not in a good way), the actual sleeping part was fine - bed was comfortable, it was close to where I was going out (Davie), and not super expensive. On the whole, I'll likely drop an extra $20 per night or so for something that is a bit cleaner, but this wasn't a terrible deal. ...

The front staff were very unfriendly and we have stayed in multiple hotels in Vancouver for medical trips & have never been treated so poorly along with bed bugs. Disgusting.

A well-run 1970s-era property on the southern edge of Vancouver's compact downtown core, this hotel offers a modest, straightforward base of operations for exploring the city. Rooms are on the small side and boast dated exposed brickwork and orange / earthtone decor, but modern flat-screen TVs have been added and everything n our visit was conscientiously clean. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. All you expect from the Quality brand and nothing more. ...

I waited at the counter a few minutes when another guest joined me. We conversed a moment or two until finally she yelled out and someone came out from an office to greet us. I told him I was checking in then he waited on the second guest first before checking me in. Then he was asking for a voucher to which there was none. He asked me to go to their business centre once I got into my room to print out this voucher for their accounting department. He also insisted I had two rooms on my reservation. When I returned, the only thing I could print was my itinerary which stated one room. I told the clerk it would have to do since I could not find a ¿voucher.¿ The room was good except the bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. There were stains under the toilet seat, the previous guests soap was still in the shower, there was a black dirty mark along the tub where the tub and the tub skirt meet and the grout in the main part of the bathroom was very dirty compared to that under the sink. In addition, there was construction going on across the street. I like to sleep in and found this distracting. On that note, each day at 1pm, the cleaning staff put a letter under my door to let me know they could not clean my room since I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. On checkout I pointed out what a huge waste of paper this was. I knew the Do Not Disturb sign was on my door because I had put it there! Certainly not a 2.5 star experience and even though it was an Express Deal, not worth the amount I paid. ...
