I like staying at Pure Resort because it was very clean, very spacious and got a great deal. It was a bonus being across the 7 mile beach

Best thing clearly was the price. Hot water was a big plus and a strong spraying shower. A/C was right on time!
No Complaints.

The hotel was cool. Staff was great. We had a safe, comfy place to stay. The food at the restaurant was priced a little higher than the intown spots, but was delicious. Very well kept grounds. And Clean Rooms! But amenities were at a minimum. Nice that they are just next door to the lil strip "mall." The little convenience store next door was nice to have also. We were across the lil road from the beach, but beaching wasn't our main focus. ...read more

The hotel doesn't look anything like their website. It's very dirty and there's cockroaches in the room! The bathroom is dirty and I have to wear slippers while in the shower. The bathroom stool have a yellowish stain all over the bowl! Disgusting place.

They need to clean thoroughly all their rooms! My friends and my room are dirty, the pool are dirty. I will never recommend pure garden to anyone. The amount of the money we paid is not worth this place at all. Never again. We love negril but sleeping in pure garden in their dirty bed that hurt our back and pillow that gives you stiff neck, just book a different hotel.

The location was fantastic and the staff was excellent. They were responsive to any request or issues. Marc in the kitchen was awesome about accommodating any meal requests.
They were a bit stingy with the towels but aways provided extra when requested.

The location was great and easily accessible to the beach. You could go and come as you please and it's right beside Times Square, which has great souvenirs.
I wish I knew what kind of room I was getting before booking. I was hoping for a room with kitchenette.The bathroom door did not close and the window curtains are very see-through.

Overall this hotel was okay. I don't think I would stay there again unless I could not find other accommodations.

Low water pressure definitely should be fixed. Office curtains could be better, refrigerator in the room needs repairs.

My husband and I came to Jamaica for the first time and got very lucky by choosing Pure Garden as a homestead in Negrill. Even though our room was scheduled for renovation it was comfortable and clean. We had kitchen and refrigerator that help us to have fast meals and save some money and time. Every morning I would go swimming in a big and beautiful pool that is conveniently located on the second floor level and surrounded by my favorite Traveler's Palms. Two steps away from the Serenity of the garden view location of the hotel traveler can find the best beach in the world and always bubbly Bourbon Beach Bar and Grill with nightly shows, great food and closing optional dance floor. It is great to be able to walk to fun and come back to quite, safe and welcoming home - Pure Garden Resort. Thanks to all who work hard to make this place even better. ...read more

The pool was sp warm at night, staff was nice and good security.
The internet did not work and it kind a tampered my in room experience.

Great staff, clean room and the price is great, food near and locals do stay here.
