Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Food Price

Food is expensive, probably if you moderate your prices more people will be using the restaurants.

Beautiful location and well maintained
Far from town

We had a great stay. Everything was perfect and the shuttle bus to their other property is a great way to get into Mazatlan. We had a wonderful weekend getaway and the price we paid for such a wonderful property could not be beat.

Situated way too far from town. Very isolated.

Beautiful grounds, and the hotel was stunning.

Beautiful landscaping, low-key but very efficient and friendly.
The bathroom was small because of kitchenette, which we didn't really use.

The landscaping and architecture of the hotel, pool and grounds was beautiful and tasteful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was not too loud and was family friendly. It exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to others. There was only 1 restaurant, which was good, but the kitchen facilities and reasonable prices at the 2 delis gave one a chance to eat en suite. The privacy of the beach meant that we were not harassed by the usual beach vendors that are everywhere else in Mexico. We travel to Mexico every year and will most likely return to this hotel as a small or extended family. ...read more
