SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on July 14, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on July 27, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer shall be the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. 3. ENTRY: There are two ways to enter: (1) Access the priceline.com website at www.priceline.com, make a purchase during the Sweepstakes Period and you will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. Purchase must be completed by 11:59:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time, July 27, 2008. Or (2) Access the priceline.com website during Sweepstakes Period, click on sweepstakes link or icon, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the on-line entry form. Internet access and a valid e-mail address are required for Sweepstakes entry. Limit of one entry per person or email address per day regardless of the method of entry for a maximum of (14) entries for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or means to enter more than once per day will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in random drawing on or about August 4, 2008 from among all eligible entries legitimately received. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by express mail that they have won a prize without being advised whether it is the one Grand Prize or one of the nine First Prizes. That information will be disclosed when the priceline.com cake is delivered to each winner by Cakes Across America with a Travel Certificate being delivered to the Grand Prize winner and the elements of the First Prize being delivered to the nine First Prize winners (a deck of cards and a certificate directing the winner to check their e-mail for the bonus cash redemption code). Each winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, Publicity Release within 10 days of the initial date of notification by express mail. Failure to timely return documents as specified, or return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable, will result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND DETAILS: Prizes are void if bartered or sold.
