Please note that by subscribing to Priceline's PriceBreakers RSS feeds, you agree to the following terms of use:

RSS (really simple syndication) service is a means by which priceline.com offers real time information on timely travel deals in XML format ("RSS Content") to visitors to priceline.com (the "Priceline Site") who use RSS aggregators. These RSS Terms of Use govern your use of the RSS service. The use of the RSS service also is subject to the terms and conditions of the Priceline Site Terms & Conditions, which governs the use of Priceline's content and the use of priceline.com. These RSS Terms of Use and the Priceline Site Terms & Conditions may be changed by Priceline at any time without notice.

Use of RSS Feeds:
RSS is a free service offered by Priceline. You must use the RSS feeds as provided by Priceline, and you may not edit or modify the text, content or links supplied by Priceline. You may not display the RSS Content or use the RSS feeds on any site or location that is not appropriate for general and family viewing and/or contains inappropriate materials, such inappropriate prohibited materials which include adult materials, sexual materials, materials advocating violence or hatred, or any material the display of which may be a crime in any state.

The RSS service may be used only with those platforms from which a functional link is made available that, when accessed, takes the viewer directly to the full content display on priceline.com. You may not display the RSS Content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable priceline.com web page. You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the RSS link and the applicable priceline.com web page.

Ownership/Attribution:
Priceline retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS Content, and any and all Priceline and PriceBreakers logos and trademarks used in connection with the RSS Service. You must provide attribution to Priceline in connection with your use of the RSS feeds. If you provide this attribution using a graphic, you must use each of Priceline's and PriceBreakers' website's logos that we have incorporated into the RSS feed.

Right to Discontinue Feeds:
Priceline reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these RSS Terms of Use. Priceline assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS feeds or for your use of the RSS feeds in connection with your website and in no way is a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship created between Priceline and you through your use of the RSS fees or RSS Content.
