Hotel Guest Reviews of the Plaza Hotel Las Vegas

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The quiet plaza setting, as well as the lovely restoration of this classic hotel.
The desk staff upon checking in was very new and young, but did a very nice job in welcoming us. The staff upon checking out was much more knowledgable. No free breakfast, but coffee in the lobby and free internet. Street parking was very accessible.

Historic hotel and setting. Las Vegas is a quiet town, but there is much history here and work is being done to restore the Fred Harvey house downtown. Charlie's is a well-known and funky 50's style bakery, offering wonderful breakfast and hand-made tortillas to go.

This hotel is right downtown close to all of the great shops and restaurants, and just a very short drive from the Montezuma hot springs.
There were cups available for drinking water in the room the first night, but none the second night.

The staff was absolutely incredible. Couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
The rooms are in keeping with the age of the hotel. Dated but clean.

We did like this hotel and will go back when passing through. It is charming in its own unique way. The bar and restaurant have character and the food was very good.

Quiet, even with the Harleys roaring the Plaza. Staircases and public area were impressive and well maintained.
Room was small, 10 x 10 maybe. The bed bounced, literally bounced. The TV was small AND a tube. I have not seen a functional tube TV in ten years. Spoiled by Hilton I guess. Most of businesses on the Plaza were closed. Ate dinner at Wendy's fast food.

Althogh it was old and historic the remodel left something to be desired. i kept the origional feel and ambiance.
The door lock was hard to unlock and open. The room hav very few electrical outlets for electronics without unpluging a lamp.

Great historic hotel within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the campus of Highlands University. Each room is different and are spacious with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

The food in the restaurant in the hotel was excellent and reasonably priced

This is wonderful hotel. They have kept the charming features of the historic building, while adding modern amenities. The cafe had the best breakfast that we had on this trip for the most reasonable price. Highly recommended/
Parking on the Plaza was limited, and basically was street parking, but it is a small town and the police station was just down the block.

A great place to stay that is close to Santa Fe, with out the Santa Fe hassles and prices.
