My fiancé and I have stayed here for several nights now. Although we got a very favorable rate, I don't believe this hotel upholds any of the standards that you as a company seem to present. This hotel is dirty. Everywhere. The steps, the grounds and the rooms. Our bathroom has mold and/or mildew all over. The lights and lampshades have dirt and dust all over them and we had dirty and smelly towels brought to our room regularly. This hotel did not provide wifi as stated in their description. When requesting wifi information from the front desk, we were informed that it doesn't work and the desk clerk blamed the cable company, Comcast. I have endured multiple charges for data use from my cell phone provider because of this. The door to our room did not close all the way. You can actually see outside because the crack is so wide. We felt unsafe the entire time and had several insects find their way into our room. In addition, our room keys were inexplicably deactivated one day while we were on the beach. Huge inconvenience. I have photos of the dirt, mildew and malfunctioning door if you would like them. I always use third party websites when I travel and it's not just because of the savings. It's because I feel protected by the company I booked through and I trust that they will provide me with a safe and enjoyable experience. That was not the case this time, unfortunately. Thank you Doug Smith. ...

This place was so nasty we walked out. We were stuck in a room the sized of the closet. You couldn't even get around the bed. second floor in a hallway with a view out the window of a wall. staff was very rude, loud & obnoxious. Loud bar next-door open all night. nothing was clean. I didn't even want to sit on the bed let alone sleep on it. You should be ashamed to be renting room at this dirty, nasty dive of a has been motel!!!!! ...
