Welcome to the Pierview Hotel And Suites
Budget-friendly rates, a freshwater pool overlooking the Gulf and proximity to bustling Times Square make the oceanfront Pierview Hotel and Suites one of Priceline guests' favorite hotels in Fort Myers Beach.
Kids stay free at the already low-priced three-story Pierview, where each of the 70 rooms comes with a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, Wi-Fi access, cable TV and room service. Shut the black-out drapes and sleep in — then throw on your suit, get outside, grab a lounge chair by the heated freshwater pool and bask in the stunning views of the Gulf. Life could be worse. A resort fee entitles you to complimentary newspapers in the lobby, use of your in-room safe and free parking for one car per room.
Rent a jet-ski, try your hand at parasailing or join a guided dolphin tour — all available at Adventure Water Sports, located right in the hotel. Or enjoy the more than 40 shops, cafes and bars of Times Square, two minutes away by foot. Southwest Florida International Airport is 19 miles from the hotel.
Praising the location, the view and the "wonderful pool" at the Pierview Hotel and Suites, Priceline guests insist "you couldn't ask for more for the price."

This place was so nasty we walked out. We were stuck in a room the sized of the closet. You couldn't even get around the bed. second floor in a hallway with a view out the window of a wall. staff was very rude, loud & obnoxious. Loud bar next-door open all night. nothing was clean. I didn't even want to sit on the bed let alone sleep on it. You should be ashamed to be renting room at this dirty, nasty dive of a has been motel!!!!! ...

great pricing, great location, super staff.

I was warned of the small "shoebox" rooms from other reviewers. But the price was about right considering it went for half of what other rooms in the area were going for during the busy season (mid feb to april). We tried to upgrade but for a slightly larger room, they wanted 3 times what we paid for our "jail cell". The rooms facing the ocean looked great with their own balcony... I'm assuming those cost a fortune. ...

Location was grand. We could walk everywhere...never had to drive the car.

Was quiet and comfortable. I loved being close to the beach and food, also the availability of jet skiing and parasailing and getting to watch others try it!

The single bedded room is very small and the wardrobe space is occupied with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine, so not much use as a wardrobe.

Family Traveling with Young Children
I would definitely go here again. For the cost, it was great. If you have children, I would recommend getting the "suite".

The staff gave me a key for an occupied room on the ground floor. Then my room was on the 2nd level and smelled like someone dumped an entire bottle of bleach inside and the security/chain was falling out of the door. Extremely unsafe place to stay as a single female. Vacations are supposed to be a time to relax and I certainly did not feel safe at this hotel. I left the hotel and had to pay for another hotel elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
