Hotel Guest Reviews of the Phoenix Park Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Staff was extremely friendly and Dubliner restaurant downstairs was really good. Really close to Union Station.

The desk clerk, managers and hotel staff were exceptional....cleaningstaff were superb...kindness for my mom who was a senior was very generous and appreciated. The bellmen were a little over whelming.

This is a beautiful hotel and despite its age, the beds are the most comfortable I have ever stayed in.
Nothing.

The hotel is on the National Historical Registry and absolutely fabulous! Dubliner Irish Pub on the first floor with great hours.

The elegant touch in the room decor. Some of the staff members are very nice and friendly.
Bathroom has old-fashioned pedestal sink which has limited or no counter space. Room is relatively small, but decorated with taste. Some details/ parts in room lack maintenance (wallpaper peeling, carpet spots etc).

Great valet, though pricey. Can't beat the location- 1 block from union station!
Room temperature was hard to regulate, bed did not have a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet tucked under. Room was very small
