Hotel Guest Reviews of the Parrot Key Hotel And Resort

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED !!!! FOUR (4) swimming pools. On the Gulf side. Water activities right there. Great bar. FREE parking. 2 minutes to old town. Great gardens. Great ambiance. Large rooms. Cannot wait to go back !

THE LOOK AND FEEL OF THE HOTEL.
THE HOTEL NEEDS NEW MATTRESSES & SHEETS- MATTRESS LIKE WAY TOO SOFT & SHEETS VERY ROUGH. LOCATION TOO FAR TO WALK TO VILLAGE. ALSO IT MAY HAVE SAND BUT WAS UNAWARE THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE WATER ACESS-A PROBLEM.

The grounds and lush tropical gardens around the 4 pool areas were outstanding!
The pool area hours are dusk to dawn, I like to swim at night. I wish the hotel would spend as much detail to the room like the beds and bathrooms and make this place a 5 star resort!

The rooms are cute 2 story cottages, you either get a porch or a balcony. Some have garden views some have sand and a view on mangroves you can not get into the water here. The landscaping is outstanding and well kept up!

Loved the 4 pools , the back deck, huge room and the secluded feeling
Our room smelled a little moldy. If it wasn't crowded for Labor Day I would have asked to move. I wish you had ocean access but the beach and pools were beautiful

Love the large size of the room and bathroom.

location is good. There is a Walsgreen just nearby. And the hotel has a small space of beach.
Just too many cars and quests there. We have to park our car a little away from the hotel. Supposed to book a king size room and got double queen at the end.
