I use Priceline all the time. This hotel may just break me from that habit. Very upset that we got pushed along way from our desire area to get a hotel that we paid $20 more than the street rate. This one got lost in the shuffle and I expect a refund. Traveling with my boss.....not a got experience.

If you go to the hotel web-site they let you know the pool is under construction. But when you book on priceline.com you have no way of knowing this. Therefore, when bidding on a three star hotel priceline.com should not include this hotel as a 3-star. Probably shouldn't include it at all. We have used priceline 3-4 times and this was the 1st time we were disappointed. It definitely was not worth the cost. ...

Average hotel but very affordable rates. The room iteself was nice and quite large, but the pool was closed for maintenance and the hallways and common areas were dark and dingy. Conveniently located about 20 minutes from Grove City Outlets.

Definitely worthy of the 3 stars.

Having read other reviews I was concerned about the cleanliness before staying there with my wife and 3 year old daughter. I now think that either the negative reviews were written by competitors trying to sabotage this hotel or that Karma plays an active role in assignment of rooms and people get what they deserve. I decided to investigate just how clean our room (Room 200) was. I couldn't find dirt anywhere. Here are three examples-- The shower/bath were clean, even the caulk was bright white. The bathroom was clean, including the grout in the floor tiles. I could find no dirt on the carpet, even looking behind the bedside tables. Since our room was near the creaky old elevator I thought we might have elevator noise in our room but it was well enough insulated that we heard neither the elevator nor the highway traffic. The air handling system ran constantly which provided a nice background white noise that masked other sounds (unlike rooms where the heater or AC kicks in with a rattle and wakes up the guests in the middle of the night.) I gave the hotel low marks for location, but that is simply a matter of it being in rural western PA. I wouldn't make this a vacation destination, but if you need to travel to or through this area, the Park Inn is a great place to stay. It was an excellent stay from start to finish. If we ever get back to that area, I will absolutely stay there again. ...

This hotel is fine for a budget price but not 3-stars. The layout is dated and rambling. The room was fine, nothing to complain about really, but nothing to get excited about either. The room looked nicer in the pictures than in reality. The bar/restaurant was kind of yucky feeling. The bartender / waitress was very nice and attentive but that was the only bright spot. It was not only dated but it felt like a cavernous 'hall', not a restaurant or bar. It was a bit dirty and worn. A 2-star rating is much more appropriate for this property. ...

Convenient stop for a 14 hour trip to PA. Staff was friendly. Elevator was old and slow, but a cute sign explaining that was in the elevator.

It should be razed. It should be removed from your hotel list.
