Hotel Guest Reviews of the Paris Las Vegas

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The Paris Las Vegas is in a great location. Close to Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile Shops. Also the restaurants in the Paris are fantastic! Many choices and beautiful visuals inside. Very upscale and classy.
Staff is clueless. Concierge didn't know anything all 3 times I had questions, and different people! Didn't know locations of things that ended up being very close! Room was a little unflattering with dingy green old carpet that needs to be replaced!

It is beautiful and lots of great restaurants inside, but I won't stay again. Just recommend going to visit and eat! Especially lunch at the Eiffel Tower restaurant! The staff are clueless and slow! Took 45 mins to get our luggage delivered after checking in. Also was with two senior citizens and when checking in was offered to get a free motorized scooter to use. However when went to get one, said it was $49.00 and whoever checked me in was wrong! What a disappointment and annoyance! Don't make false offers! For an expensive 4 star resort I expect more. Valet was slow and frequently filled up. Sometimes waiting 20-30 mins to retrieve my car! And one time I couldn't even park in time to go see Jersey Boys and I had two handicap people with me! Had to drop them off in circle around front then self park because was waiting to valet for 20 mins! And I was staying at the hotel! Unacceptable. The staff at the Paris just aren't as with it or timely as other resorts! Stayed at The Luxor and The Mirage this trip as well and their staffs are amazing and unparalleled. Especially at the Mirage! Business center at the Paris is a joke, charging you for everything from printing to computer use. What about the resort fee I had to pay in addition to the room each night! Doesn't include anything of value. Only allowed to use internet in room for one device per day! Come on we all have smart phones, tablets, and computers these days! At the Mirage all this is included with the resort fee and everyone can use the internet with multiple devices. Just overall a bit disappointing especially for the expensive price and resort fee to stay at the Paris. ...read more

The scenery
They don't tell you a breakfast Buffett is $30 per person and that when you check in after you room is booked, that you have more fees to pay

Excellent centralized location on The Strip Great atmosphere...shopping, eating in Court
The Casino machines were not consumer-friendly...they took all money as if they were afraid we'd stop playing! We live in an area of the country that has machines that definitely seem to pay off better. Bellagio machines were better paying off.

The hotel was excellent except for the check-in procedure...there were too few people working the "regular" check-in spot and we waited 30 minutes while "problems" took up most of the 2 agents time. If the agents at the premier check-in had not moved the line along at one point, the wait would have been even longer.

Great location, wonderful view from the window. Clean room, helpful staff.
Wireless internet service supports one device for free (or includes in the resource fee $22/day). If you need use more than one computers or computer and smart phone, you have to pay extra.

Great location, nice hotel. Stay here from Sunday to Friday, no long waiting line for checking in or getting information from staff. Easy to get in and get out, very helpful staff. Nice swimming pool. Room cleaning sometimes could be a little too slow. Try not to come back to your room before 2 pm, or your room might not have been cleaned yet. Other than that, it is a great hotel to stay. ...read more

Location to other sites was great. We had a super view from our roon overlooking the strip. Very impressed with the bathroom. Decor of room did not match the pictures, however the room was nice and housekeeping did well. Carpet a bit worn.
Failed to inform us there was an early check in fee. Its either pay the fee or sit around and wait, guarding your luggage. I found the staff from the perfume shop annoying, everytime you went by they shoved something at you.

We enjoyed our stay. Did bring our own soft drinks, had a refrigerator. Would have liked to have a map of the strip.Used the monorail to go to MGM then walked back. Same with the Wynn. Had a fun ride on the bus to Fremont St. but they announce it as something else, and we missed getting off at the right place. Vegas only caters to people that have lots of money to spend, not the average guy. ...read more
