It was obvious that we were put in the "need to be updated" floor of the hotel. Our room was clean, but the hallways had waterdamage and holes in the walls and we were placed on the wing with all of the cleaning and storage rooms. I wasn't surprised, base the the amount of money we paid for the room, so we were still satisfied with the stay.

Rooms were old and worn. Bathroom amenities ( soap, shampoo, etc) were sub standard. Health club was poorly staffed and the equipment was old, not worth a $25 entry cost. The restaurant Gabi was very good. Definitely does not warrant a 5 star rating. Maybe a 2.5.
