Hotel Guest Reviews of the Palace Station Courtyard

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

buffet is still good but not like it used to be and the quality not as good. Casino is still good
The courtyard rooms have really gotten run down and there is a smell in the bathrooms which comes up thru the sins. It does linger in the bathroom. Also the mattress are so old you can feel the springs in them. The towels are not soft at all

Staff was very forthcoming and helpful
The courtyard rooms were notupto the mark, hence we had to upgrade to the tower room by paying $44/day

location is good. internet works well
there are 2 types of rooms, the courtyard rooms are pretty run down. nothing to like about it. Didn't know that they are charging $15 extra per days for resort fee! people were smoking in pot in the hallway

I would never stay again. Loud and room are in ok condition, dirty carpet.

Casino included multiple restaurant options which were open 24 hours per day. Good mix of high-end restaurants, as well as quality fast food options. Casino also seemed to be very nicely maintained.
Rooms within the Annex (ie-Two Story Building) were very outdated and in need of remodeling. Heavily stained carpets and burn marks on curtains. Bathroom has shower only and is very outdated. A Resort Fee of $17 per day is mandated on top of room charge

Annex (ie-Two Story Building) was highly overpriced for the low level of accomodations received, compounded by a high 'Resort Fee' of $17 per day. This was by NO means a bargain. The city offers many more desirable and reasonable properties, than this facility.
