Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pacific Inn Of Sunnyvale

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nothing really other than free parking
Yes many things, it had insects. Cockroaches the carpet was dirty, I was very unpleasant with my stay. In the amenities it said free breakfast, that was a lie. "I asked the attendant what time is breakfast at?" He never replied, instead laughed

I did not like my stay at all. would never stay at this place again. The hotel price was very high for what they had to offer. People that where staying there where loud and slamming door. Did not appreciate the way the attendant laughed at me so loud and hard when i asked him "What time was breakfast at?

The room smelled pretty bad. Smelled like wet dog and wet carpet.

When I walked through the aisle of the level and entered the room, I did not feel good. Of course, I did not sleep well at the first night. Around morning break I heard some noise from police car downstairs around at the parking lot just behind of the hotel. I decided to check out right away with only one day's stay even I reserved for four days. When going to check out, I stood inside the elevator and saw those two police men's entering with the arrested gangster. The police asked me whether I am comfortable to stay at this hotel and whether I will stay at the same hotel in the future. Of course, the answer is negative. With the bad experience I checked out at the counter but I still got one extra day's penalty even I lived only one single night and reserved for four days totally because I checked out earlier. So never stay at a hotel which you think the cheapest one online and also consider its feedback to ensure its security at least. ...read more

I was in the Navy, and have traveled a lot around the US, meaning I've stayed in many many hotels and motels. This was the nastiest, smelliest most disgusting hotel I have ever in 30 years stayed in. Yes it was cheap, but it smell like human waste, I had no hot water in the room, no bathroom in the room, and the bed was a hida bed that was short so my 6'2" frame left my feet hanging off the end of it. The price was good, and it is located in a cool area, but I would never ever stay there again. I had to change rooms once I got there because the first room smelled so much like mildew that it was making me sick. Cheap if in a pinch, but if there is any way to go somewhere else, I'd highly recommend it! ...read more

The only thing good about this hotel is the location.
Filthy run down rooms, bed was incredibly uncomfortable, only one thin blanket on the bed and was told they had no other blankets to offer (And the heat is controlled by the office which they turned off and it became freezing after midnight).

This place was filthy, run down and poorly managed. The girl at the front desk was fairly nice but when I called to let her know there was a group of people fighting and throwing things at cars (like glass bottles, food, and kicking cars) in the parking lot, she told me she would take care of it. After several hours and more calls to the front desk - I finally called the police myself. The police ended up having to run after several of the people and arrest them! I later found out they were guests of the hotel and a lot of other guests had been complaining about them - but yet they did nothing. The shared bath was disgusting and the shower had mold everywhere and other peoples hair on the walls and shower floor. I kept flip flops on at all times. The carpet in the room had a dark pattern and I still could see horrible stains and ground in dirt throughout the floor. I'm not sure I would even call the bed a bed. It was a very thin single mattress - I was so uncomfortable and cold I barely slept. This place is not worth the money - a Motel 6 would have been cleaner and safer. I would recommend to pass this place by and spend another $10 to stay in several other hotels near by. ...read more

There was absolutely no redeeming qualities to this hotel.
The room and halls and entry of the hotel were all disgustingly filthy. The room was horrible. The other guests were very loud. Got no sleep at all.

The pictures are all lies. The hotel and rooms were all disgustingly filthy. The staff barely spoke English and were rude. When I went down to leave early I was told that I would be refunded, but the staff lied to me. When I called the next day to find out about the refund the new staff could find no notes reflecting that I would get a refund and were VERY rude to me refusing me a refund. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. The other people staying there appeared to be barely above homeless. There was a smell of cigarette and pot smoke all over the hotel. This place does not feel safe. ...read more
