Hotel Guest Reviews of the Outrigger Waikiki On The Beach
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 28, 2013

The attached restaurants are very good -- not ridiculously overpriced. And the location is great, with beach access out one side and a shopping center (with food court) on the other side, just across the street. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

Perfect location on the "Rodeo Drive" of Waikiki. Well kept exterior and interior of hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'd return to the Outrigger Waikiki in a heartbeat!

In 8 trips to oahu, and 7 times using priceline to bid, this hotel was my biggest (perhaps only) disappointment. We had a theft from our room, after hours of being given then run around ( 2 security guards go through all my belongings to make sure we havent misplaced it, we didnt, then visit following day where i fill out form for police report) neither the security team nor managment made any effort to make amends. On top of that, they told me they wouldnt submit police report, saying i had to do it, even though they let me waste an hour in my room to write the statement and took it with them. Valet staff also proved unprofessional and unhelpful. We had to exchange our rental car, who housed cars in our hotel. Valet swore that was untrue, made us walk a mile to another hotel rental office, who told us we could head back to hotel since car was there! This experience makes me hesitate to use 'NYOP' option since this was far from 4 stars ...
