We loved our room; all the hotel staff from the bellmen, check in personnel to the maids. A truly top notch hotel. We also had the private dining room at the Noe Restaurant in the hotel. The manager Tyler Dow was fantastic. My son was married that week end at a close by venue and we did a lot of celebrating at the hotel. My guest stated that the food was some of the best they had ever had. We will return and because of the experience I will look for the other Omni hotels when we are traveling. Best experience at any hotel....... ...

The hotel was nice looking and the staff was friendly. The hotel looks much nicer on the inside than it does on the outside. It had great decor but we did find bugs in the bathroom. Parking is very expensive and local restaurants are only open during the day Monday through Friday (good luck finding a good restaurant to eat at over the weekend unless you have a car and are willing to drive far and pay for more parking). If you are staying in Los Angeles, especially over the weekend, I would recommend finding a better location for the price. ...

If you want a 4-5 star hotel near downtown Los Angeles, the OMNI is the hotel for you. Parking is $40 per day Sunday through Thursday, but on Fridays and Saturdays the daily rate drops to $20 a night. Rooms are so comfortable that a long stay can be contemplated if you can afford it.

Comfy rooms, spacious bathrooms. Lots of convenient power outlets. Lovely bar with fire pits, comfortable furniture, and great service. Nice little coffee shop. Feels like a boutique hotel. Wonderful, friendly service. Quick, reasonably-priced valet.

Great downtown location. Right in California plaza. Just footsteps from restaurants , central market, Angela flight (trolley). Short cab ride to dodgers stadium $15 or so and close to little Tokyo, bars, clubs and other restaurants. Good hotel for price compared to other downtown hotels.

I stayed at the Westin Bonaventure a week before I stayed at the Omni. The Omni just didn't compare and was more expensive. The room looked nice, but was not user friendly. There was nowhere to do my hair and make up. The only mirrors were in the bathroom and closet. There was hardly any counter space in the bathroom to spread out for hair and make up. The shower was so small I couldn't shave my legs. The view from the room was awful, all we could see was apartments. Only a couple of outlets in the room worked so we couldn't iron and blow dry hair at the same time let alone charge our devices. The cable channels were basic at best and after a long day it want to just relax and watch TV and only be able to watch local channels and CNN. Not very relaxing. So we rented $15 dollar movies that we assumed we'd be able to watch from the beginning, not so much, they both started 3/4 of the way over, with no way to pause. So we saw the end of two movies we really wanted to see all of, luckily the front desk removed them from our bill, but had no explanation for why they wouldn't have begun playing from the beginning. Not to mention within the first hour we were there one of the staff, not dressed in uniform, just let himself into our room while we were napping without even knocking and began looking around. Without apology. Talk about intrusive, we certainly did not appreciate that. Overall, I was not happy to pay more for less, but the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the people we pleasant. I won't be staying at the Omni again though, I'd rather pay less for a lot more at the Bonaventure. I expected 4 stars at the Omni and got 3. ...

The location is convenient, valet parking is a pain, heavy blankets, did not like the bathroom at all. Small sink and overflowing sink, my moisturizer jar and my magnifying mirror fell and broke, because there is no surface space to keep them.
I will not go to this hotel again.
