Location was a great home base for sightseeing. They let us check in early and stored our bags securely after checkout. The base room was larger than expected, sitting room and 2 TV's.
No free wifi or breakfast option in 2017? They were both held hostage by rewards program. No room for leftovers in minibar. Wallpaper scuffed and peeling. A lazy crooked ugly electrical switches and outlets. No view.

Location, location, location. Right in the middle of everything. Rooms were large and comfy. Bar had a great selection of upscale beverages and food. We ordered a cheese & charcuterie plate to bring back to the room for a midnight snack and it was great.
Honestly everything was great.

Staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Suite was perfect- even a view of Hancock Tower. Location right in the heart of everything - very walkable. The hotel restaurant was outstanding, as was bartender. Great exercise room.
Only strange thing was our mini-bar, which offered beverages, was not at all cool and there wasn't a temperature dial to adjust.Upon bringing it to the attention of the front desk however, they promptly had a separate fridge delivered without even asking!

Location, room size, and furniture.
There were scratches and other marks on the wall that weren't aesthetically pleasing. There were also brown stains(I'm assuming makeup) on the comforter. I also assumed that with the stars that the hotel had that there would be a much nicer bathroom.

Nothing. This hotel was HORRIBLE!!!! DO N9T RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!
This hotel was HORRIBLE you get no free WiFi or breakfast. The staff was horrible and when you call to bring extra towels or anything to the room they never did. The parking is outrageous and you hear sirens all night. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms.

Comfortable room. Super fast & easy check in. Nice fitness room!
The Sunday brunch was not very good & they could not accommodate very many people. Not ideal for New Year's Day. The elevators are very slow.
