Family Traveling with Teens
This was a very economical way to visit the Chicago area. The free shuttle service was great and the drivers were very helpful and nice. The only real negative was the decorating could have used some updating, but that wasn't a real issue, seeing as I wasn't paying for an upscale establishment on Michigan Ave. The staff was, for the most part, very friendly and accomidating. There was only one staff member that was anything other than great! Thankfully, we didn't run into her until our last day. The free coffee they serve was surprisingly gret too! :) ...

Solo Traveler
Easy to get to off 90, staff was helpful, rooms were good size. Nice upper level lobby with plenty of room. A gas station, Subway and Dunkin Donuts all just 100 feet away, all open 24 hours. Shuttles were convienent, drivers were nice. Good experience, will look to stay at again when in the area.

This hotel misrepresented their rooms on their website. When I confronted them about my room not matching with my reservation the front desk staff was condescending and rude and not only verbally insulted me.
