I was impressed with the banquet rooms and the fact that even though there was a wedding party staying on the same floor as I was, I never heard a peep or disturbance of any kind. I had a very restful stay and a very good sleep while there. I called the Front Desk for something, they sent Housekeeping immediately...very impressive Hotel

I love staying at this hotel when we are planning a night out as you do not have to leave the hotel for entertainment and food. It is all in one place.

I checked in on a busy weekend in Winnipeg and the front desk staff was excellent to deal with; very friendly. I went to my room and went immediately back down to the front desk -- I was surprised to hear the entire hotel was non-smoking, but the room I entered smelled heavily of smoke -- tobacco and other substances and they had to shuffle a few rooms around but was able to place me in another room due to my smoke allergies. Again, the front desk staff were very apologetic and helpful in making the room switch.

This was a fantastic hotel from first glance to check-out. The lobby is gorgeous, the staff were all incredibly professional yet friendly, and the room looked just as it was advertised! There were little details that I thought would particularly appeal to older travelers. The toilet seats are raised, there are very secure rails on all three walls of the tub, the room is spacious enough to comfortably navigate between furniture without hitting anything, and the small luxuries made the stay extra special. Shoe polish pad and make-up remover wipes as part of the amenities kit, what a nice touch! Wi-fi was fast and flawless and the directions to connect were very easy to understand. A superb hotel, particularly for the price. ...
