Location, adequate parking, good front desk staff and price
1 Saturday night - problems getting the door to open w/ elect key. Had to get on-site maintenance person to open door with 'Super Key' . 2 Coffee Maker had wrong carafe- water leaked over counter. 3 Toilet tissue rack broken. 4-Clock time incorrect.

There was mold in the shower and loose ceramic tile. Metal faucets were rusting and rust was running down the wall. The carpet was dirty.

The hotel is located close to the Fairgrounds and lots of shopping and restaurants.. Starbuck is close by.
Our first room not cleaned. The bed was made but with dirty sheets The whole room felt skanky. Our second rooms was clean when we checked in but daily housekeeping was poor.

Room was dirty.

The room would have been nice had it been cleaned properly. The location is convenient to 83/695 and the Timonium/Hunt Valley area.

The hotel is not worthy of 3 Stars; foyer is a mess, missing help in the bar & restaurant; room not cleaned for 2nd night: coffee machine & cups left dirty & not replenished; bathroom walls in shower area dirty, no replenish of supplies, toilet paper.
