Hotel Guest Reviews of the Nichols Village Hotel & Spa

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The hotel was very dirty, the carpet, towels, linens bathroom also dirty. In the morning we don't have hot water, and they want to move us to other room in another building to shower. Seems like the hotel is in poor management.

Property is tired and worn, but nothing is really bad or unacceptable - it's just seen better days. It's one of the cheaper options in the area, and worth staying if you just need a place to rest while traveling.
Issues with access to my room. Key card wouldn't work, and lock had to be reprogrammed. Took a long time, which is an annoyance at 2:00am.

Nothing
Many things I did not like. First of all the place was extremely dirty. The staff was rude. I lost money in the soda machine they didn't bother listening to.my complaint. I asked for a few more pillows because they gave us so few and they were beyond flat
