Clean, quiet, comfy room. Great central location, and
lovely staff.
The swimming pool was out of service for cleaning for half our stay, how long to clean a pool.

Great central location in Madrid with a refreshing swimming pool which we'd like to have enjoyed more, but was out of service for cleaning for an inordinate amount of time.

Great location in the centre of Madrid with excellent connections to public transport. Nice rooms, nice staff.
Business like hotel with no atmosphere, room could use a general overhaul and some fresh paint. No free Internet!

It was comfortable.
They gave me a very small room with a view of the industrial vents. Not very nice.

The hotel was fine. It was comfortable and fairly clean. The staff was not very friendly or particularly helpful though.
