Nice big, clean rooms. Prompt room service. Large complementary breakfast.
Does not have private beach access. Is pretty far from the beach (15 minute walk or $8 cab ride). Does not have its own pool.

Great stay with a few difficulties. Was quite a trek to the beach, and there was construction which meant we had to take a cab both ways, all days. Does have all inclusive access to the resort next door (Now Larimar) at a per day per person price - a great way to experience all inclusive without staying there. Language barrier made it difficult to communicate with staff. However, staff were friendly and polite. We were overcharged on our bill (items were missing from the minibar which we did not use) - but the staff quickly rectified this issue without any hassle. No private beach access means that you have to sit at a bar or restaurant on the beach if you want lounge chairs - otherwise towel on the sand. ...read more

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The restaurant was very nice and the food and service in the restaurant was good.
There was no access to a pool or beach. They told me I had to pay extra. I was not told this before hand. One reason I paid for the price of the hotel is because I thought there would be a pool or beach to spend time at.

One person spoke English with me and was very nice at the hotel. The kitchen/restaurant staff was very nice also. The payment was easy and check-in was quick. I thought the way the bathrooms were set up in the bedroom were weird, but it worked for one night. If I would have not known there was not a pool or beach I would have not gone to this hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. New and modern building.
Property not directly on the beach.

The property is brand new and very modern. The room quality went above my expectations. NH hotel staff were very friendly. Kind in mind, that Punta Cana Bavaro is a resort city and this facility is a hotel! I would definitely stay on this property again.

Hotel is basically new, so facilities were in good conditions
No children high-chairs. Problems with coffee maker causes electricity failure in rooms seems to be recurrent issue

This hotel has no swimming pool or access to beach. There is only 1 small restaurant that looks more like a cafeteria, with VERY limited menu. Staff is not as welcoming as in other hotels in area. There is no availability for high chairs in the restaurant, but toddlers are welcome in the hotel. There were some humidity stains on wall paintings in the room.

The staff was very friendly and was very attentive to my needs.

Very nice room for the price. It is at some distance from the airport, but well worth the price for a quiet, clean and lovely room.
