the room was very clean and modern thou the space was alittle small.
A/C was not working well. room still felt warm. had to open window to get some air circulation. WiFi was slow and limited but was free.

the location of hotel was good. close enough to walk to plaza mayor & puerta del sol. comfortable furnished room. but the A/C was not working well. opening the window helped alittle, but still, air was flat without a 2nd window. Wifi was slow and had to re-log in all the time. maybe there was wifi quota limit.

Excellent location, safe and close to all that Madrid has to offer.
No pool or private terrace outside.

Location, cleanliness, staff all superb. Very comfortable and laid back for an upscale hotel.

I always stayed at Westin Palce and this hotel meets standard of Westin and very good location and friendly staff

I will certainly stay again at this hotel.

Staff went out of way to help with phone i left in Seville Arranged over night delivery.
Nothing.

We had a Junior suite . It was roomy and sparkling clean and very comfortable.reat staff from chamber maids to concierge A winner!

EXtremely clean rooms with staff that understood what high level attention means.
Restaurant food a little drabby and pricey.

I think the only reason I got this room so cheap by bidding is because they are fairly new opened up 8/2010 and people are unaware of it yet. but because of their service, the prices I am sure will skyrocket. Take advantage of this if you can.
