Here`s how it works:

	Simply complete a request form for one of our home finance products telling us the rate you want to pay and the terms you desire. We've broken the request process down into easy-to-follow steps, with online calculators and other tools to ensure that you have all the help you'll need right at your fingertips. The entire process is totally confidential and secure. For more information about security, please review our Privacy Policy.
	We'll send your request to up to four participating lenders, and let you know by e-mail within just 6 business hours (M-F 8am - 8pm ET) if a participating lender has agreed to your rate and terms. If we are unable to find a lender to agree to your exact terms, lenders have two business days to respond with competitive offers for your consideration. You will receive an e-mail each time a lender responds. You can then choose whether or not any of these offers are right for you.
	If a participating lender accepts your request, you will be provided with contact information so that you may speak with the lender directly to finish processing your loan. The lender that agrees to your rate and terms is committed to closing on your loan as quickly as possible.
