Valet took my car off site, said I had "in and out" priveleges but it would take 30-45 minutes to retrieve my car and they would NOT let me call down from my room in advance to have my car ready for me. So I have to WAIT BY THE VALET DESK for 30-45 min!!

Rooms were old. Bathroom old. Celing leaking and stained in bathroom. Hotel obviously had a "facelift" but not a great one...not worth the star rating. Concierge and front desk staff were great though.

Valet service.

If you are dropping off your car with valet, you have a duty to inspect your vehicle as well as all parts including car keys. If it has a defect such as a missing screw it's all your fault. They broke my key and said they assumed no liability because there was a missing screw. Neither can be proven, but it is clear that the key was fine when handing it over to them. Now it's broken and I assumed all liability. Do not valet. Duty to inspect is on you even if they broke your stuff they will say it was defected and it's on you. ...read more
