It was one of the best places I've ever stayed in.Super-helpful staff, treated us to an upgraded room. Beautiful location right on the beach. Great, reasonably priced food in the lovely onsite restaurant that looks out over the ocean. SUPER!!

Hotel staff was wonderful, facilities are great, kids loved the pool, restaurant was very good, room was comfortable, everything worked appropriately.
The only thing that made me have less than great experience was the portable crib we requested for our 5mo old. The staff person tried 3 cribs untill he found one that opened correctly. We did not use it - it was too gross and dirty to put a baby into!

The staff couldn't do enough to make me happy! VERY informative about the hotel,area, even ocean tides!!!!! SO VERY FRIENDLY!!!! I even booked for vacation time before I checked out loved it so much!!! THANKYOU PRICELINE!
Not 1 single thing, everything was GREAT! Ate at the restaurant on site, the food was fabulous!!! And VERY affordable!

Overpriced, room reservations completely wrong, romance package was a wilted rose frozen strawberries dipped in chocolate and cheap champagne. Lights out in the bathroom, shower head broken one light out over fireplace.
Overpriced!!! Only nice thing is ocean view.

I loved that all the rooms have at least a partial ocean view and the fireplace in the room. The pool was nice and having a jetted tub in the room was a plus!
The tub in our room was dirty, so i had to clean it myself before i felt comfortable getting in it. Also, the hotel is divided into 2 builings connected by a bridge which makes parking a bit confusing at first.

I cannot single out one thing over another that I liked best. The room was amazing and the staff was super nice and helpful.
What I did not like about the hotel - the noise level from the street. Unfortunately I was on the second floor so the noise from the busy street made sleeping difficult. The other thing I did not like at all was the parking situation. I was happy that
Overall, I loved this place and I would stay here again. I would request a higher floor so I would not hear the noise from the street - which was considerable. I would also make a much greater effort to get there sooner so as to get a parking space in the limited parking lot - so to not park on the street.

the hotel exceeded our expectations. our room was clean, comfortable with a nice ocean view and gas fireplace. hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was above average. all in all an excellent value. would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great price for off-season, very nice staff, great room!

The only complaint I have is that this hotel sits on the plot where Uncle Sam's (the music club) used to stand...which shows I am getting old. Nice, neat, well-appointed hotel with decent accommodations that is clean and efficient. Nothing not to like!
