It felt creepy to me. Would not want to stay there ever again. We are considering dropping the use of Pricleine because we don't want to end up there again. Sorry. The hotel should be rated a 2.5 or less.

After reading how noisy this hotel could be, we requested a quiet room and got it. Rooms at the back face the railroad tracks and can be noisy. Unfortunately, the fireplace in the tiny lobby is not working in this frigid weather. Chilly. The room was fine and the bed comfortable.

There is many parking lots near the hotel, but the hours are a little odd. 5:00 pm till 6:00 am= $5.00 and a buck an hour after. We opted for street parking and filled the parking meter. The hotel has adequet ,clean rooms, and a large bathroom, that could have used a counter or bench in some of the open space for your cosmetics or clothing or whatever. No hooks to hang clothes on. the hairblower ended up on the floor. They have good makeup mirrors and plenty of hot water. speaking o which,t he coffee urn in the second floor sitting room tasted much like water. come on people throw an extra spoonful of coffee in the pot. or give everyone their own coffee makers in their rooms like other hotels do at a 3 1/2 star level or even lower. They do have an elevator, and the beds are high and puffy with a down quilt.Mattress was too soft. We rolled into each other in the middle of the bed. The staff were lovely and wifi was iffy in room 215.The unfortunate part is that Priceline lumps this and the Ruby hotel in with the likes of the Sheraton and Hilton... not exactly. I preferred the Red Lion on the river to this as at least they have parking, however if you are there to see a theatre production , this is easily within walking distance to all of the theatres. For cleanliness and staff and location, I give it a 4, but for the rest, it is more like a 2.5. ...

I stayed there 5 years ago and loved it. It has totally gone down hill since then.

This hotel has lots of potential. It is decorated really cute, but lacked some important necessities. (Like a comfortable bed.). The bed sagged and you could hear all the traffic on the street. The linens needed an upgrade and there was only one washcloth in the room. The TV would not turn off except at the base. There was also an additional cost for parking. It is a cute hotel, but could use some work. ...
