Hotel Guest Reviews of the Mondrian-A Morgans Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The hotel room was spacious, well-designed and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. The Malin + Goetz amenities in the bathroom were lovely. It definitely feels like a luxury hotel.
It seems crazy that hotels still charge for wifi in this day and age, especially at a luxury hotel. Hotel food and cocktails are generally overpriced and this was no different. Brunch in the restaurant was mediocre but convenient (service was great).

The pool area is quite the scene but the hotel does a nice job keeping the area reserved for guests. It's not a huge pool after all. The pool staff was super friendly, even during the busy times.

Chic contemporary feel, creative artistry to transform the mundane objects of the typical hotel room into art.

Excellent views from standard rooms. Herringbone Restaurant offers an excellent menu with delicious land and sea options. Views from the restaurant and pool are phenomenal. Front desk manager is gracious and made an effort to make me feel personally welcome for another stay.

The location
parking was ridiculously expensive and there weren't many off site options otherwise.

The rating said this was a 4 1/2 star hotel... I would say it was a 3 1/2-4 star hotel max. Still a great deal and great stay, but was not 4 1/2 stars.

We liked the quality of the rooms and the overall decor which set the mood for a classy night out on the town :) Nice big towels Comfy bed and pillows Great bathroom! Floors are amazing I could probably live there ;)
The hot water takes about 5 minutes to get going so don't plan on rushing out anywhere if you need To shower and very low pressure Also the location is literally in the middle of all the action - it was tough getting back at night to valet and packed

Size of the room was great. Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pool was not meant for family, but for fancy bikini-babes. We were kind of denied access to the pool several times. On the positive hand we were sent to The London Hotel pool with cabs paid by the hotel.

Very pleasant all around
Some of the staff at skybar wasn't terribly pleasant; just one fedora wearing doorman to be honest.

I would come back here.

beautiful place!
The atmosphere was stuffy, and having to pay for internet in the room over and above was stupid. People pay up to $-- a night here and you can't offer free wi-fi? Really? the Best Western does...
