Listed as a Spa room but those were listed on a completely separate floor and our room faced a garage $35 a day to park my car as there was no public parking nearby...if I wanted to stay on the Riverwalk, I should not be penalized for driving the hotel

Hate duvets...they tend to be too hot Loved the ceiling fan as offset Loved the Nespresso machine....I had to put the one I brought back in my car! Very nice! Love the spa access, steam room was outrageously hot and cured my sinus headached two mornings in a row

Every single thing about the stay was fantastic!
Spa never answered their phone. We attempted several times to no avail. I'm sure they were busy, but it would have been nice to have that staffed properly. We could have spend another
xxx on the spa so that was blessing and an inconvenience...

Meticulous decor, easy access to the riverwalk, great dining, great staff...

The staff was amazing. I don't think I have ever been treated so well by a hotel staff. They were professional, helpful, kind, genuine and fun. The room was beautiful, especially the bathroom. The pool was smaller than expected but had beautiful views.

Amazing staff, easy to find and right on the river walk. Beautiful room that was cozy and comfortable and super clean. It didn't feel like a room that a million other people have slept in. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the staff went above and beyond. I believe our room was xxx/nt. I felt like it was a little bit pricey but with the river walk location and 4 star spa, I guess I can see why they can charge more. ...read more

Staff was very helpful. Made sure I was happy and was happy to oblige to every need. Very friendly staff. Room was great. Comfortable bed. Great ambience of the entire hotel and for my room after I came back from a long evening.
I did not like that we couldn't park our own vehicles. Balcony was smaller than expected

Did not like that there was no microwave, no usable refrigerator, no complimentary breakfast, and HATED that you have to use your room key card to use the elevator!(which sometimes had to be swiped 4 or 5 times to work!)

Honestly, we were disappointed with this hotel... It was beautiful, on the riverwalk, and the staff was great, but that's where it ended. When we arrived, their system was down so we couldn't check in...for over an hour! They sent us for drinks at their restaurant on the river, but it seemed like it was taking forever. While we were waiting we had a man approach us at our table, trying to bum money from us.. he was pestering us for several minutes when my husband finally asked an employee to tell him to leave. There is no microwave in room, the only refrigerator is a mini that is locked because it is full of drinks they want to sell you! There is nowhere to put YOUR drinks away, only your own cooler, and then you will have to call the front desk and have someone bring ice to your room. There are snacks in your room that they are trying to sell you as well. The only thing you get free is the in room internet. Later that evening we went to the pool. While there were plenty of towels just inside the door, the outside pool area had not been cleaned. There were plates, glasses, etc left on the tables. We had to move some to put our things down. We were in the whirlpool, chatting with three female guests, when two men wearing nothing but a towel showed up and one sat on the edge of the pool across from the women, not realizing (or caring) that he was exposing himself until one lady asked him to cover himself! When two women wearing robes showed up,it wasn't long before we all left. This hotel needs to have someone stay in the pool area or make regular rounds to clean up and make sure there is no inappropriate or offensive behavior taking place. ...read more

The rooms with no view actually face a wall ...

Staff was very kind, very personable. Concierge was not totally knowledgeable, but she was pleasant. Overall, a very nice experience.
