Hotel Guest Reviews of the Millenium Hilton

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We had a huge room for NYC. It had 2 double beds, a desk and a chair, and a lounge chair and ottoman and still plenty of room for the blow up travel bed we used for our 4 year old. Pleasantly surprised!
The water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

Lack of vending machines and ridiculously overpriced mini-bar ($7 for a CAN of coke)

Great view, great location.

Everything made this a great stay.
If I had to get picky I would say the swimming pool was too cold.

Excellent hotel, a true Hilton. All rooms offer nice view over Ground Zero and the river. Very professional and helpful staff. Relaxing bar at the lobby with chatty staff.
Heard that valet parking is super expensive, but to be expected, this is downtown NYC. Also, internet is not included, but this is becoming irrelevant with the advance of the smartphone hotspots.

Hotel was very busy, but still sparkly clean. Rooms have floor to ceiling windows that look over WTC site and the river. Multiple subway lines within a block, and one station in front of hotel. Comfortable bedding, modern furnishings, large bathroom. Lobby bar particularly relaxing.
