Hotel Guest Reviews of the Milenorth, A Chicago Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Free wifi, location, room decor, lobby decor and layout, food available in lobby, rooftop bar/lounge.
No swimming pool or hot tub, and only 2 ice machines for 28 floors.

Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is by far the best thing about it.
$200 deposit seems crazy excessive. Having to be told about the $14 internet/whatever else thing at the end of our stay was upsetting. $14 isn't alot, but the fact that we have to pay for services we didn't use was annoying. Hotel is already expensive.

Location - 1 block from Michigan Av and the bus stop. Room was plenty large. Bathroom had large comfortable shower.
WiFi was slower than 1995 dial-up (no exaggeration). If you moved the device, connection was completely lost. Breakfast buffet was no better than a free continental breakfast at other hotels - flaccid bacon & cold potatoes.Should have been better for $15.

One block off of Michigan Avenue
The front desk had problems with computers. It seemed to take a while for each person checking in with two people always needed to find reservation and check in.

Rooms looked as advertised and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel does not own a parking lot so you have to park across the street in the parking garage owned by the hospital. It costs 54 dollars a day to park your car there.
